The most obvious change that has taken place in sewing machine industry in past 20 years is 6 main producers has appeared, including one in Tianjin. Tiangong, a famous sewing machine factory, represent sewing machine producer in north China.
Established in 1958, Tiangong saw every rise and fall of sewing machine industry. It keeps being successful because of its rational and wise running style. Now there are four limited co***ny, ten factories, two joint venture with foreign investment, a joint venture with Chinese enterprise, a technology school, a hotel and 34 co***nies affiliated to it. It is obvious that it is enlarging its scale. In accordance with trend of no boundary cooperation, and to promote our enterprise to develop further, Tiangong established Tianjin-Rimoldi sewing machine co***ny with Italy co***ny in 1983 and introduced NECCHI855 series and 875 series high speed flat sewing machine from abroad. In 1985, Tiangong set up a joint venture with Japanese sewing machine co***ny and introduced PEGASUS L series and M series high speed fold sewing machine. In 1994, it established "Tiangong - sewing machine co***ny" (later its name changed to Hangzhou Sanhe sewing machine co***ny) with Hangzhou sewing machine co***ny to produce stretch sewing machine. Through cooperation with enterprises of the same trade, Tiangong has improved its business idea, enriched its products and enhanced its image.
